Hello again everyone.

Thanks to everyone who replied to the note i sent out a few weeks ago, some people still havnt replied so the arrangments so far are based on the responses i have recieved so far:

We are most likely cosplaying on the SUNDAY, it has been the prefered date by people who have replied and will stay on that date unless some completly unseen circumstance comes around meaning we will have to do the saturday instead. But still as it stands Sunday is THE day

Again thanks to everyone who has replied to the note, those who havnt please do asap as this is vital to our organization at the event (in case you cant tell im a BIG organization freak )
